Hafta Magazine was started in June 2006 by a group of intrepid bloggers and part-time writers. The idea was to see if they could use their proven blogging talents to write about contemporary issues.
While we try to give Mumbai undue significance in our writing Hafta does cover a really wide range of topics. You can find everything here; exquisite travelogues from the French Riviera to biting satire and pretty hardcore social commentary.
We have a core group of some three dozen writers and are always open to contributions and suggestions.
After a turbulent first year of publication we have now ported onto a brand new Content Management System and a revamped array of writers. Things should get a lot more busy around here soon.
